Privacy Requests

Eligible users and organizations may request access, correction, export, deletion, retention review, or restriction of processing.
Verification
We verify identity and authority before acting on requests. Organization-owned data may require approval from an authorized organization admin.
Request types
Supported request types may include access, correction, export, deletion, processing restriction, retention review, and objection to specific processing where applicable.
Deletion
Deletion requests may be subject to retention, audit, billing, security, backup, and legal obligations. Where deletion is approved, evidence may be retained to show that the workflow was completed.
Organization-owned data
Documents, conversations, citations, analytics, billing records, and audit logs are usually organization-owned. We may direct individual users to the organization owner or admin when a request affects shared tenant data.
Timing and response
We aim to acknowledge complete requests promptly. Timing depends on request complexity, identity verification, legal obligations, and whether the request requires organization admin review.
