Privacy Policy

Review the policies that govern AgentAssist data, AI assistance, organization billing, security, and support workflows.

Last updated: June 28, 2026

AgentAssist helps organizations use uploaded source documents, AI assistance, team workflows, analytics, and billing tools. This policy explains the information we process and how we protect it.

Information we process

We process account information, organization membership data, uploaded source documents, document metadata, AI chat and artifact history, citations, conversation ratings, billing records, support requests, audit logs, and operational telemetry.

Uploaded documents and AI conversations are scoped to the organization that owns them. Users only receive access according to their organization role and permissions.

Customer documents and AI context

Documents uploaded to AgentAssist may be parsed, chunked, indexed, and used as retrieval context for summaries, comparisons, objection handling, scripts, charts, source packs, and other AI workspace artifacts. We store metadata such as document title, source, status, page references, retrieval backend readiness, chunk counts, and citation details so that responses can be reviewed against source material.

When a user selects specific documents in the AI workspace, AgentAssist uses that scope to retrieve relevant context. When no document is selected, the assistant may search the organization's eligible uploaded documents according to product behavior and permissions.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate the product, provide document ingestion and retrieval, generate AI-assisted responses, enforce usage and billing limits, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain compliance evidence.

AgentAssist does not use customer documents to train public foundation models. When AI providers are used, requests are limited to the prompt and context needed to answer the user request.

Providers and subprocessors

We use service providers for hosting, database, object storage, AI model APIs, email delivery, payment processing, observability, support, and security operations. Provider use can vary by environment and customer agreement. A current category-level list is available on the Subprocessors page.

Billing and organization administration

Billing data is associated with the organization, not an individual user's personal account. Organization owners or permitted admins may view or manage subscription state, plan details, invoices, payment status, seats, and related audit events.

Security

We use organization-scoped access controls, audit logs, encrypted sensitive configuration, secure storage patterns, and operational monitoring. Support access to tenant data is limited and audited.

Cookies and session data

AgentAssist uses cookies and related browser storage for authentication, session continuity, locale preferences, organization routing, security checks, and product experience. Some analytics or monitoring tools may collect operational telemetry to help improve reliability and detect abuse.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal and billing obligations, preserve audit evidence, and support configured retention workflows. Approved deletion workflows may include review, purge evidence, and backup-retention limits.

Privacy requests

Users may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction through their organization admin or by contacting support. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact support with your name, email, organization, request type, and enough detail to verify your authority. We may route organization-owned data requests to the organization owner or admin.
