These terms govern access to and use of AgentAssist by organizations, admins, agents, and invited users.

Service use

AgentAssist is provided for sales, support, operations, document assistance, and compliance-support workflows. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content, customer communication, and platform use comply with applicable laws, source requirements, and organizational policies.

The AI copilot provides document-grounded assistance. It does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, regulated decisions, or source-issued documents.

AI output and source review

AI responses, summaries, comparisons, charts, checklists, scripts, and proposal drafts are generated for review. Users must verify all factual statements against source-issued documents, current business rules, and applicable requirements before using the output with customers or third parties.

AgentAssist may provide citations or source packs to support review, but citations do not guarantee that all relevant terms have been retrieved. Users remain responsible for final decisions, suitability, disclosures, and customer communication.

Organization responsibility

Organizations are responsible for user access, role assignment, uploaded documents, billing details, customer communication, and review of AI-generated outputs before external use.

We may suspend or restrict access when required for security, abuse prevention, unpaid billing, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are owned by the organization. Authorized organization users are responsible for selecting plans, managing payment details, keeping seat counts accurate, and resolving failed payments. Access to some workflows may be limited when billing action is required.

Fees, taxes, plan limits, included features, and renewal terms may vary by plan or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellations stop future renewals and do not automatically refund the active billing period.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass access controls, use the service for unlawful activity, or instruct AI systems to reveal hidden prompts, credentials, private tenant data, or security controls.

Users must not use AgentAssist to make unlawful eligibility, financial, medical, legal, underwriting, claims, or similarly regulated determinations. Users must not upload data they are not authorized to process.

Availability and changes

AgentAssist may be updated, interrupted, rate limited, or modified for maintenance, security, provider availability, abuse prevention, or product improvement. Dev or staging environments are not production-grade commitments.

Changes

We may update features, providers, pricing, limits, and policies as the product evolves. Material changes may be communicated through product notices, email, or updated documentation.
